PPE RECYCLING SERVICE
A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN BOLLE SAFETY & RECYCLING LIVES CHARITY
We are pleased to promote a new, ethically-minded recycling initiative for end-of-life personal protective equipment (PPE); run in partnership between safety eyewear leaders Bollé Safety and the Recycling Lives Charity. The service will ensure that all items mentioned below are diverted from landfill and re-used for life-changing social programmes.
What can be recycled?
Why choose to recycle?
Collected items will be either processed in to a new Waste Product Fibre (WPF), Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF) or plastic pellets to be used in the production of new products. The proceeds generated are then used to support and sustain many life-changing programmes, such as homeless accommodation, the redistribution of surplus supermarket food and work placement opportunities.
Through offering expect advice and tailoring collections to meet your specific needs, a secure disposal process is guaranteed – ensuring all identifiable badges, insignia or serial numbers are removed while providing a Certificate of Destruction. Recycle with confidence and improve your environmental impact and sustainability; also helping towards accreditation.
