We have proudly partnered with the UK’s premier safety supplies re-use company StaySafe PPE Limited to offer PPE Recycling & Laundry Services; an environmentally-friendly cleaning process supporting sustainability programmes, green strategies and responsible recycling of end-of-life PPE.

Items are cleaned using a unique, ground-breaking natural disinfection process known as OTEX from JLA – by working at low or ambient temperatures, not only is 99.99% of bacteria killed, but the life of the fabric can be extended and colour fading reduced.
An after-inspection and scanning exercise is then carried out to identify any faults, which will be repaired where possible. Viable items are returned ready to re-use immediately, while product deemed unviable will be recycled and the fabrics repurposed to become part of the true circular economy.
We are pleased to offer this option too and take any unwanted PPE and clothing off your hands. We can cater for both one-off or regular collections. Please note we are unfortunately not able to accept single-use PPE at this time e.g. disposable ear plugs – but we’re working on it!
Much in the same way as our laundry service, items will be collected, washed and inspected. Those which pass inspection for re-use will be donated to charitable causes such as the Cycle Of Good Project and local litter picking volunteers amongst many more. Those which fail inspection are instead recycled responsibly – such as safety helmets and glasses granulated and used in sewage pipe liners, and textiles such as shirts, jumpers and fleeces shredded and used in insulation, materials and relief blankets.
